Refund Policy

Refund Policy - the basics

In-Person Workshops

  • Full Refund: Requests made 14 days or more prior to the event will be eligible for a full refund.

  • 50% Refund: Requests made between 7-13 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund.

  • No Refunds: No refunds will be issued for requests made less than 7 days before the event. However, you can transfer your ticket to another attendee by notifying us at least 24 hours before the event.

Virtual Workshops

  • Full Refund: Requests made 7 days or more prior to the event are eligible for a full refund.

  • 50% Refund: Requests made between 3-6 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.

  • No Refunds: Refunds will not be issued for requests made less than 72 hours before the virtual event. You may transfer your access to another participant up to 24 hours in advance by contacting us.

Hybrid Workshops (In-Person + Virtual)

  • Full Refund: Requests made 14 days or more prior to the event qualify for a full refund.

  • 50% Refund: Requests made between 7-13 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund.

  • No Refunds: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event, regardless of participation format. However, your ticket may be transferred to another individual with at least 24 hours' notice.

Important Notes:

  • Event Cancellations: If we cancel the event for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to apply your payment toward a future workshop.

  • Ticket Transfers: All ticket transfers must be requested in writing via email at least 24 hours before the start of the workshop.

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Transaction or service fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
