Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Thank you for choosing Experience Architects Jackson for your group's maker experience. Please carefully review our booking policy before confirming your consultation: Consultation Fee/Retainer: A non-refundable consultation fee/retainer is required to secure your booking. This fee is applied towards the total cost of your chosen maker experience. The consultation fee/retainer guarantees your date and time slot and covers our time discussing your vision and preferences for the experience. Cancellation Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to reschedule. Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in dismissal as a client and forfeiture of the consultation fee/retainer. Media Release: By booking a consultation and participating in a maker experience at Experience Architects Jackson, you grant us permission to use any photographs or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes on our website, social media, and other marketing materials. If you do not wish to be included in any media, please inform us prior to the event. Good Faith Booking: By booking a consultation, you confirm that you are acting in good faith and intend to utilize our services for a maker experience. Chargebacks: Chargebacks are strictly prohibited. Any customer initiating a chargeback will be subject to a $100 fee per chargeback, in addition to the original cost of the consultation and any associated fees. We will pursue all available legal remedies to recover these costs. Governing Law: This booking policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi, where Experience Architects Jackson is based. Agreement: By booking a consultation with Experience Architects Jackson, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this booking policy. Experience Architects Jackson reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
